The idea of the Shit Museum founded in 2015 by Italian Gianantonio Locatelli, came from a farm which makes milk for Grana Padano cheese with 3,500 cows producing around 50,000 litres of milk and 150,000 kilos of dung to be recycled. Under Locatelli?s management, this quantity of feces started to be transformed into a futuristic ecological, productive and cultural project.
